AchalaJuridiques employs experienced attorneys and paralegals to perform various types of legal work.  Our Attorneys keep a stringent check on the quality of work done by paralegals.  Our professionals in India are proficient in English and are exposed to various legal systems.

3. What type of legal services can be outsourced to AchalaJuridiques?

Other than providing a wide variety of paralegal services such as legal research, trial and deposition summaries, trial and appellate level briefs, drafting of pleadings and motions etc, we are willing to work with our clients in developing the business model most suited to them.

4. Are AchalaJuridiques's services confined to specific state? 

AchalaJuridiques's services are not confined to any jurisdiction, and our clients come from all parts of the United States and United Kingdom.

6. How confidentiality and security of client’s data is maintained at AchalaJuridiques? 

Our staff members have signed binding confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements with AchalaJuridiques.  Moreover, all information submitted to AchalaJuridiques will be cleansed of any proprietary information before reaching the Indian attorneys at our clients' request. All information is transferred via secure encrypted e-mail.

7. Is the work product of AchalaJuridiques covered by the attorney-client privilege and the attorney work product doctrine? 

Yes, the attorney-client privilege encompasses any work performed by our Indian attorneys. US and State court decisions have concluded that the attorney client privilege is not waived when confidential information is passed by an attorney to members of his or her support staff, including law clerks, paralegals, secretaries, and law students, for purposes of rendering legal counsel.

8. How long does it take to get a project completed? 

We complete all projects in the time specified by clients. We offer a 24-hour turn around time for client’s urgent and time-sensitive work.

9. In what formats can AchalaJuridiques deliver the project? 

Our standard procedure is to deliver completed work products in Microsoft Word or Word Perfect format as per client’s instructions and convenience.  We are committed to work as per client’s specific requirements as well.

10. How do you charge for your services? 

We have flexible billing procedure and cycle to suit client’s interest.

11. How are projects submitted to AchalaJuridiques? 

All projects are submitted via email to AchalaJuridiques on templates provided by AchalaJuridiques.

12. Does delegation of work to AchalaJuridiques diminish the requesting attorney's ultimate responsibility for the work product? 

No. AchalaJuridiques only works for other attorneys – not the general public. We do not give legal advice or make court appearances. The attorney retaining AchalaJuridiques's services is expressly advised that AchalaJuridiques is not engaged in the practice of law and that its work product does not constitute legal advice and is prepared solely for the review of the attorney using AchalaJuridiques's services. As such, our clients recognize that they are ultimately responsible for the work they provide to their clients, and they do not substitute AchalaJuridiques's judgment for their own.

13. How does AchalaJuridiques conduct its research? 

Our Research Specialists generally conduct their research on premium databases such as Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and Findlaw.
